West Richmond Train Station is a 3 minute walk. You have the option of the Hurstbridge and Mernda Line both run through to Flinders Street and the City loop. Trams 78 and 45 are located on Bridge Road only a 400m walk. Trams 12 and 109 are located on Victoria Street only an 800m walk. Bus 246 runs from Elsternwick through to Clifton Hill and is only a 100m walk from the front door.


Offstreet parking is located in front of the building and side street parking is also available.
