This space is perfect for someone who likes working in a quieter studio & alone; past sharers have been authors, illustrator/graphic designer and a film maker so this space will suit someone with a similar job. (Note: when just you then you are welcome to turn up the stereo and make more noise).
Situated on the fourth floor, with wheelchair access, in a beautiful new building with fantastic amenities. The huge window lets in a lot of natural light, we have amazing city views and the space is really great to work in.
We are in a central location, close to trams and other public transport. The space has beautiful open spaces - the patio and roof garden and a good café is merely fifty steps from our front door. Other top cafes, supermarkets and amazing eateries are also closeby.

Access Hours
It depends on what arrangement we make. Anywhere from 24/7 to only evenings and weekends. I am rarely in the office and go away a lot for work so at least half the time you will have the space all to yourself.
• Interior Floor space is 6.9 x 3.3m and the patio is 6.9 x 2.6m
• Workspace is about 2 x 3m (note for one person only).
• Available 7 days a week (but access can be limited if you prefer less time)
• Access to fully secured carpark, bike storage, end of trip facilities with showers, lockers and there is also an amazing roof garden on level 7.
• I am an industrial designer and run a bike business out of the building, so you could use our rental bikes if needed too!
