Space overview
This space is perfect for someone who likes working in a quieter studio; past sharers have been an author, illustrator/graphic designer and film maker so will probably suit someone with a similar job.
Situated on the ground floor, with wheelchair access, in a beautiful new building with other creatives (e.g there's an architecture office next door). The big front window lets in a lot of natural light and the space is really nice to work in.
The studio is in a central location on Smith St near Victoria parade, close to trams and other public transport. A tranquil courtyard abuts the studio and a nice cafe is merely twenty steps away. Other cafes, supermarkets and amazing eateries are short distances.
Note: Desk, chair, drawers and shelving included. Rent includes all outgoings, WIFI, and power. (Consumables like t.p., tea and kitchen cloths are paid for with a communal fund). An optional L:2xW:1xH:2.5m storage cage is also available for $30 a month.

Access Hours
24/7 5x full days per week. (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon & Tue). We have online classes on Wednesday's & Thursdays so we need the studio to be empty on these two days only - 9to5. (Note: on holidays more days will be available for no extra charge.)
• Entire Floor space is 26m2 (including bathroom & kitchenette).
• Studio space is 21 m2 (at least half will be available to use as it includes desk area, shelves, drawers and communal areas like couch & table).
• Workspace is about 1m x 3m (for one person only).
• Available three weekdays (note space will not be used by anyone else the rest of the time).
• Access to fully secured bike store included.
