A 42sqm space with high ceilings, beautiful polished floorboards, street frontage and available for a variety of creative uses, though it's primarily a yoga studio. For gallery use there are picture rails on 3 walls, one dedicated unisex toilet on site and a shared courtyard.  We have a Google calendar on our website which shows availability, as there are classes and other bookings ongoing throughout the year. We're very happy to host other creative uses and we're even happy to promote them on our schedule if you'd like.

Public paid car parking lot with up to 4 hour parking directly across from the studio, free street parking 1-2 hours during workdays, not timed after 6pm or after 12pm Saturdays, or all day Sundays.

Pricing terms

$20 per hour and $50 half day / $80 daily rate for daytime use only (9am - 5pm) during weekdays; evenings & weekends $25ph, weekends $70 half day, $100 full day. Half days are usually 4 hour blocks from 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm, but may be flexible on start/end time depending on classes and other bookings. For regular weekly bookings there is a 10% discount for bookings of 4+ weeks paid in advance, 20% discount for bookings of 8+ weeks, and 25% discount for bookings of 12+ weeks. This means a regular weekday evening class booked for a standard 12 week term would only be $18.75 per hour! If you booking over 5 hours of studio hire per week, we add an extra 10 percent discount on top of any other discounts! Ask us about special rates for multi-day workshops. Prefer shoe free as much as possible. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property.
