Foreground Architecture are looking to share our fantastic city fringe studio housed within the heritage listed CUB Counting House building with like minded people or organisation.
If you are looking for a flexible sublet of up to 6 desks in a dedicated corral with access to shared meeting rooms, coffee machine, kitchen, breakout space and printer please reach out. Prices listed are per desk.The 6 desks can be let all together, individually or in smaller groups. Other facilities include on site shared secure bike parking and end of trip facilities, secure fob access and options to lease carparks directly from the owners corporation (pending availability). Each desk is supplied with chair, caddy, ethernet internet, Wifi and monitor (if needed).
Located on the fringe of the Melbourne CBD on Victoria Street Carlton there is convenient access to the City, Carlton, Queen Victoria Market, City Baths, University precinct, public transport and parks.
