Space overview
This space is ideal for artists, designers and other creative professionals. It is a clean and secure studio located in the best end of Sydney Road. Offering free utiltities, water, electricity and wifi. With a shared toilet and kitchen upstairs that is shared between the other building tennants.
The space was once an old bake house for Fergusson Plare and is over 100 years old. It has a cold room of which you can store some of your equipment. It also has a sink for washing and getting water. This is not visable in the photos unfortunately :(
The space is located between Waterfield st and Sydney Rd with an entrance that comes off Bell st. It is accessable via widely available public transport and is a 30 second walk away from the shops.
