Hi all. We have two 3x3m spaces ($75PW) and a 3x4m space ($85PW) available from the 1st Feb 2024 (see last 3 pics). Frith St Studios opened in 2008, situated in a single storey warehouse providing ample sunlight, wide corridors. We provide a welcoming, organized and settled space to create in.
All studios possess plenty of natural light, recently painted walls, sealed floor, power outlets, free utilities, free WIFI and curtains for privacy. The studios are positioned in a grid layout, with good size corridors for easy access. The space has kitchen facilities, wash bay, registered keys, security cameras, 24 hr access in a single storey building (no stairs).
Our studio is easily accessible via public transport and is very close to the post office, Bunnings, Deans Art, great cafés, fabric stores and other specialty shops all located on and around Sydney Road.
