Space overview
Guild - Tenancy 6 invites applications for a fixed-term licence in the heart of Melbourne's arts precinct, ending 31st August 2026. Uses may include festival headquarters, galleries, pop-ups, workshop/development space, creative retail and more.
Applications will be accepted after attendance at a walkthrough on Tuesday 17th March at 3:30pm - 4:30pm or Tuesday 24th March at 11:30am - 12:30pm.

The fitout of Tenancy 6 is indicated in the floorplan. It includes a meeting room and two private rooms. It is important to note, however, that besides the kitchenette the interior will be unfurnished.

Demonstrating how to meet demand for smaller arts spaces in a neighbourhood defined by major arts venues, Guild offers smaller tenancies suited to arts organisations and creative practitioners. Creative Spaces transformed over 1000m2 of vacant retail space into a diverse collection of arts spaces in the heart of Melbourne’s arts precinct.
