A light, airy, freshly renovated little gem of a space hidden away in the laneways of South Melbourne.
A well lit, multi functional space featuring a newly renovated kitchen, dedicated hair and makeup or cloak room, a spacious central room that overlooks the leafy Clarendon St via our luxurious 6m wide street frontage windows. The space features a 3.5m ceiling height, automatic block out blinds, brand new floating floorboards and showcases a selection of rentable events equipment, such as trestle tables, 25 chairs, a variety of chic tablewear and a new sound system. This Victorian classic has been freshly revamped to cater to those seeking a creative space for photoshoots, intimate catered events, yoga and pilates classes, pop up stores or a more inviting meeting/presentation space.
Near by you will find the popular coffee haven St Ali, as well as South Melbourne restaurant royalty Lume, Chez Dre and JAMES.
TRAIN: Just a 10 minute walk from Southern Cross Station, you will find us tucked down the laneway of Alfred Place. Spot the pink door, come up the stairs and voila, our beautiful, freshly rejuvenated studio of creativity awaits.
DRIVE: Parking options are plentiful close by at South Melbourne Market, Coles and Aldi carparks.
TRAM: Honeypot is easily accessible by Tram (number 12) dropping patrons off right out the front of the Studio.

Saturday 3-10 Sunday-8-10 Monday- 8-10 Tuesday- 8-10 Friday- depends on event type, 8-10 Alternative Days and Times will be considered for guests who wish to use the space for quieter pursuits, as we simply like to accommodate to the business that is our neighbour/ affiliate which is a Beauty Salon and is open Wed-Sat. Southern Cross Station is about a 10 min walk, and the number 12 tram goes directly down Clarendon St which passes the space.
Parking
Parking at Aldi, Coles, and South Melbourne Market for all day parking is a good option. There is also a wide variety of 2 hr meter parking on York St, Coventry St and a section of free 2hr and 1 hr parking right outside the space on Clarendon St.
