Lockable studio spaces of 16 square metres each with four walls (can be painted) , though ceilings reach 4 metres while studio walls extend to 2.4 metres, meaning sound travels between spaces - best suited to quiet or low-noise practices. The studios are housed in a fully air conditioned building with 24-hour secure access. Each space is private and self-contained, with shared kitchen and bathroom amenities in-building. WiFi and all bills are included. Studio holders also have access to an experimental performance space when not in use - ideal for installation, rehearsal, events, or expanded project work.
Located at 14 Vine Street, Redfern - two minutes walk from Redfern Station and close to the cafes, bars, and cultural institutions of Redfern and Chippendale (Carriage Works , White Rabbit, Pheonix, Sydney Uni) . The building is shared with Gallery Minerva, MEGA MEGA ARI, and Landslide Books, creating an active, interconnected arts community with regular exhibitions and events throughout the year. Newtown, Chippendale, and the CBD are all easily accessible.
