Price to be negotiated depending on how much space is required and how it will be used. My own work of precision toolmaking and engineering is fairly clean and quiet so I'm looking for a similarly aligned and likeminded trade to come into my spare floor space and do their good work! Ideally suited to Jeweller, Bookbinder, Letterpress or Print maker, Clock or Watch trade, Print making, Conservation work, woodworking/studio furniture maker also considered, full suite of equipment is here and available for use for extra cost including Martin thicknesser and panel saw, sanders, 2 x large bandsaws, 420mm wide jointer, and more. For example there is enough space for 2-4 jewellers to have their own benches and perhaps pool resources on large machinery.
The Carrum Downs industrial area is booming, literally just off the freeway and you're in it. Many industrial suppliers are in the near or immediate vicinity: electrical, paints either auto or domestic, glues, bolts and bearings, machining, tool supplies, laser cutting, timber wholesalers, plastics, industrial gases, and much more.
