Irene Warehouse is a diverse two-storey work space for local artists and creatives, run by a small collective of volunteers in a former lingerie factory in Brunswick, Melbourne.

We're looking for a part-time visual artist to fill our last vacancy--work hours between 9am and 5pm only please. We're looking for low-impact and no-noise applicants only at the moment please to retain quiet working environment. Space would suit paint, illustration, digital, writing, desk work, etc. Private lockable studio, approx 16m2, with natural light (large window) and city views. Like what you see? We're very close to Lygon Street and Glenlyon Road. Close to transport, shops, and supplies---great local coffee!

Pricing terms

Private working space for $300 per month which includes all outgoings and bills, and wi-fi access throughout building.
- Rent is paid monthly in advance and includes all outgoings.
- One month's rent as a bond.
- No minimum contract, but 1 month written notice required when moving out.
- $50 security deposit for registered access key to the building, refunded upon returning key.
- Low-noise/low-odour works preferred due to proximity with neighbours.
- Strictly non-residential.
