A first floor studio space recently renovated, with plenty of natural light, high ceilings and polished timber floors. Room 2 is a seperate lockable 42m2 room suitable for a range of office uses. A great space to work in.
Well-lit seperate room that is part of a larger studio space shared between 2 other groups (virtual assistant and architecture industries). The overall space has a bright friendly warehouse vibe with vintage furniture, plants and thoughtful details. We play music (which you can close-off to in your seperate room) and have the coffee machine on the go. There are occasional group lunches / morning tea. You can equally keep to yourself if that is your preference. We aim for good vibes!
On a bustling street on the cusp of Seddon & Footscray, close to public transport. Close to Seddon and Footscray shops, bars and cafes. Convenience store across the road. There is plenty of street parking locally.
