Kerfuffle Studios offers a dynamic working environment tailored for individuals or groups eager to create, build, rehearse, film, or explore any combination of these activities. 
Situated in a freshly constructed warehouse, it extends a flexible and cost-effective multi-disciplinary creative haven.
The warehouse is lit by translucent roof panels, has a 50sqm open rehearsing space, a workshop area and a mezzanine with a pool table. Big industrial roller door.
Rubber floor in the rehearsing area. The space is also used as a storage area for theatre sets, equipment and props.
Accessible toilet and bathroom. Kitchenette.
