With natural warehouse vibes, high ceilings, and warm timber floors, the space blends industrial charm with creative comfort. By night, it transforms into an intimate function and event space, perfect for workshops, talks or networking gatherings.

ko&co workhub blends warmth and functionality, with repurposed materials, upcycled furniture and thoughtful design touches throughout. Each desk includes a 27” monitor and docking station, making it easy to plug in and focus. As we grow, we’re building a creative community where peer-led workshops, casual events and spontaneous connections are part of the experience. It’s a space where big ideas are nurtured, and great work gets done, without the sterile office vibes.
