Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Payment • All bookings must be made in advance. • Payment is required before the start of the session. 2. Studio Use • Studio is for dance classes, rehearsals, workshops, or creative projects only. • Maximum occupancy must not exceed safety limits. • No alcohol, drugs, or smoking inside the studio. 3. Safety & Conduct • Proper dance shoes must be worn; no street shoes on the floor. • Do not touch the mirrors at any time. • Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult. • Respect other users and maintain reasonable noise levels. 4. Equipment & Facilities • Sound system is available for music and classes. • Any damage to the studio or equipment must be reported immediately; repair costs may apply. • Furniture or props must not be removed without permission. 5. Cleaning & Maintenance • Please leave the studio as you found it. • Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided. • Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas. 6. Access & Security • Studio doors must be locked when leaving if you are the last user. • Keys or access codes must not be shared with others. 7. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged full rental rate. 8. Liability • Users attend at their own risk. • The studio is not responsible for personal injury or loss of belongings.
