Space overview
A well lit and freshly painted studio of 27sqm.
The studio has a double door entry which is lockable and it is right next to a stairway for ease of access for larger items. Lighting is by skylights and banks of flouro lighting. It comprises of two spaces, the larger being 20sqm, and the smaller being 7sqm, connected by a doorway. The larger space has a long side bench and a large wooden workbench which is on rollers, while the smaller space has a bench with storage underneath.
Albert Street Studios are very close to vibrant Lygon Street with its cafes, eateries and trams. There is a very nice atmosphere in the studios with artists and designers involved in a large variety of practices. We have a dedicated wash up area with four sinks, and a kitchenette with amenities.
There is 24 hour undercover parking on the ground level of the building. The building is very secure.
