Latin Dance Australia - Large Studio (Studio 4)

TERMS & CONDITIONS • All bookings must be paid in full to secure the studio. • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking may be credited or rescheduled. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Hirers must arrive and depart within their booked time, including set-up and pack-down. • The studio must be left clean and tidy after use. • Any damage to the studio, mirrors, floors or equipment must be reported immediately and may incur repair costs. • No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, candles, glitter, confetti or smoke machines permitted. • Food is not permitted in the studio spaces. Water bottles are welcome. • Hirers are responsible for the behaviour and safety of all guests attending their booking. • Latin Dance Australia is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage or injury occurring during the hire period. • Children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult. • The venue reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings that breach these conditions. • By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
