We are currently looking for another creative to join our merry hub. You will have your own 35 square metre studio/office which is lockable and not shared, it has air-conditioning, kitchenette, your own private bathroom, and plenty of natural light. A large space to decorate and call your own.

There is also a small communal kitchenette down stairs with fridge. • Industrial sink for messy paint clean ups, down stairs. Price is only $240 plus gst per week including internet, water and bin removal etc. Electricity is separate, your room will be metered so you only pay for what you use. **There is an adjoining lockable door between this studio and another studio that is 20 square metres. The artists in there currently rented out both studios making the total lettable area 55 square metres. So you could rent this studio by its self or together with the other studio, a little discount would be applied if you take both.
