Studio Hire Terms and Conditions Full refund for cancellations seven business days before the initial hire date. No refund is available for cancellations made within seven days of the booking date. Bookings are in half day 4 hours or full day 8 hours. The studio allows 15 minutes’ grace before and after the hire for bump in & pack down. Staying longer will incur a further fee. The studio must be left in the same state of cleanliness and tidiness as you found it. Overflowing rubbish bins, spills or marks on benches or surfaces or debris from the shoot must be cleaned up and taken away prior to leaving studio. All hirers must provide ID, email address and mobile phone number for security purposes. All hirers must sign into building and abide by all building safety notices where applicable. Any equipment malfunction, breakage or accident must be reported immediately and paid for with 24 hours. PROHIBITIONS No shoes on white section of studio floor unless soles are covered, taped or cleaned. If floor is damaged or requires painting due to excessive marks, the bond or an additional charge will be retained to cover costs. The curved sections of the cyc are never to be accessed or walked on. The studio and all areas within the building are strictly no smoking. This includes the use of any smoke machines or vapour ,within the studio and its surrounds. HIRE SECURITY The hirer uses the studio at their own risk, including as to theft, loss or damage of goods in the studio. The studio must be left key locked after all hires or when you leave the building. All lighting/ heating and cooling must be turned off after leaving.
