Hire Rates Daily rate: $200 + GST (minimum 2 days) Weekly rate: $750 + GST (discounted) Longer-term bookings (2+ weeks) available on request Inclusions Use of the studio space during agreed hire period Standard utilities (electricity, water, basic internet) Access via lift/loading dock for bump-in and bump-out Conditions of Hire For booking less than a week, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings; balance due prior to first day of hire. For booking of 1 week or more, a 20% deposit is required; balance due prior to first day of hire. Hirer must leave the space clean, tidy, and in its original condition. Cleaning fee of $150 applies if space left untidy/dirtier than original condition. Insurance: Hirer must hold public liability insurance (minimum $10 million). Bond: For booking less than a week, a refundable bond of $250 is payable before commencement, returned subject to inspection. For booking of one week or more, a refundable bond equivalent to 30% of total rent is required. No permanent alterations to the space (painting, drilling, etc.) without written approval. Temporary display systems (e.g., freestanding walls, hanging tracks) encouraged. Noise to be kept within building management guidelines; events must finish by 10pm unless otherwise agreed. Subletting or transfer of hire is not permitted. Hirer is responsible for compliance with all relevant laws, including copyright, licensing, and safety. Cancellations More than 14 days before hire: full refund Less than 14 days: deposit forfeited
