Office 1 is a multi-level flexible space with high ceilings, and a natural light filled front office perfect for independent artists, arts organisations and creative practitioners. The space also features a mezzanine with kitchenette, basement storage with separate toilet, natural and overhead lighting, and ample space for you to furnish and make it your own. Now available for ongoing/long term lease.
To apply for this space you must attend a walk-through of the venue with a Meat Market staff member.
Visits for this space are scheduled for Tuesday 9 December at 5:30pm and Thursday 11 December 2025 at 12 midday.

Meat Market is a vibrant creative hub with roughly 30 studio spaces and more than 40 creative practitioners ranging from writers, arts organisations, festivals, musicians and designers working from the venue.
We are a short walk from the Haymarket tram intersection, with a choice of trams and buses along nearby Flemington Road.
Errol Street shops and cafes are also nearby delivering the best North Melbourne has to offer.
