Welcome to one of North Melbourne's favourite bluestone corners. Workshop 3 is a single level basement studio space with roughly 183m2.
It would be suited to a small to medium Arts organisation, looking for a flexible multi-use home. This space has capacity for desk work, practical arts, meeting space, small workshops etc.
Meat Market has roughly 30 studios onsite. It's home to over 40 creatives, that have established themselves and their practices within the solid walls of this heritage-listed building.
Here you'll be neighbours with writers, arts organisations, festivals, musicians, visual artists and designers.
With on-street access, Workshop 3 is located at 15 Dowling Place, off Wreckyn Street North Melbourne.
This space was home to Melbourne Electronic Sound Studio (MESS) for more than eight years, ahead of their 2025 move to Fed Square.
