Space overview
 The space overall is about 90sqm open plan with amenities to the back – the rest is divided into bays with meeting area at the front. It is part of a re-developed 40s factory and has an interesting, modern fit-out dedicated to design studio use – it is clean, quiet, dust-free, warm and cold at the right times of the year, and overall conducive to professional work. Furniture is all there, so all anyone would need is their on-desk equipment – and work! The desk/bench is about 3.5m long and ideally suited to one person, or a quiet team of two. Set-up here is not communal or co-operative – it is a sub-let within an open area, limited to the number of total people it can contain. (So it's a bit different to other offerings in the area.) Located 100m off Sydney Road near the Glenlyon Road tram stop, it has great access to the city, reasonable car parking and storage for bikes – it is Brunswick, after all!
