LARGE PRIVATE ART STUDIO AVAILABLE 25sqm private art studio available in our creative warehouse in the heart of industrial Marrickville $250/wk The studio is freshly painted (it's currently being used as a gallery space) Come and practice your art/design/craft in a friendly environment that also so happens to have the best natural light!! You're welcome to share the space with a friend too. Includes free WIFI, lounge area, kitchenette stocked with complimentary teas/coffee/hot choc etc and access to our communal areas- tool/paint shelves and communal benches. Please pm us or email monstermousestudios@gmail.com if you would like to drop by for a viewing. Smaller studio spaces in our open area are available too 10sqm for $125/wk 4sqm for $55/wk 5sqm for $65/wk 6sqm for $68/wk 8sqm for $85/wk Please note this is a non residential art studio.
