Space overview
We are a commercial film production company and currently have two tenants, a camera equipment rental company and a music publishing company. We all work out of an architecturally designed building in a Sth Melbourne laneway 100m from the Sth Melb market.
We have a spare office available for rent 2.7m2 on the first floor with plenty of cupboard space, it can be rented with or without the existing furniture. It has a spit system air conditioner and heater, sky windows that can be opened as well as blinds. The building itself is full of floor to ceiling glass windows with plenty of light and greenery. We are looking for someone to join our creative space on a rolling month-to-month basis.
