OneB Studios is a versatile creative space located in the heart of the Gold Coast. The adaptable layout and multifunctional space allows you to shape the environment to suit your project.
Newly refurbished interior. 14.5m x 11m sprung dance floor with full mirrors/curtained wall and a large white brick wall as backdrop. Fully airconditioned and loads of natural light, natural ventilation and fans. Full sized roller door for loading access. 3-4m ceilings throughout Kitchenette and large meeting table.
Central Gold Coast (Bundall). 10 minutes from Surfers Paradise/Broadbeach and short walking distance to Bus stop. There are several cafes a short walk. On weekdays we recommend Little Bandits directly across Upton Street for great coffee, snacks and daily prepared eat-in or takeaway meals. On weekends, try Sorrento Shopping Village on Bundall Rd, a 10 minute walk from the studio.

Location You will find us behind The Good Guys Store near the corner of Ashmore Road and Upton Street. From Brisbane: Take exit 69 from the M1 (Southport/Nerang Rd) From Tweed Heads: Take exit 87 from the M1 (Southport/Burleigh Rd) Parking There is allocated parking for the studio and plenty of free unlimited duration street-side parking along Upton street.
