We are an architecture studio looking to share our space with a likeminded small business of up to 6 people. The studio is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated industrial building in Richmond near Victoria Street.
The dedicated space has 1m high partitions and planters within an open-plan office arrangement. There are 6 solid timber built-in desks measuring 700 x 1400mm, plus access to three other desks to provide flexibility should your business take on all 6 spaces, and later expand. The architecturally designed fitout was completed early 2023 with high quality fittings and finishes. The space includes a 3.4 x 4m meeting room with a 55 inch TV and video conference capabilities, accessible bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor terrace fronting Regent Street. There is fast NBN internet (ethernet or wireless), and access to an A3 laser printer and copier.
