Space overview
We are a 5 person communal furniture and cabinetry woodworking studio. We have 4 people at the moment and are looking for another to make 5. We have a full machine room and other equipment for furniture cabinet production. All outgoings are covered, including maintenance and sharpening.
A large 450 m2 factory space with high ceilings, an office, machine room and 5 separate work spaces. We have racking for material storage and a folk lift.
There is a large 6 car drive way in front of the roller door and a side door.
Our space is in an industrial area of Reservoir, so making noise at any time is not an issue. Making it a truly 24 hours 7 days a week proposition.
