SHARED PHOTOG STUDIO - NEXT AVAI L AUG 2026. An old knitting mill warehouse that is a creative space for ceramicists, painters, photographers and textile artists. Our space in the warehouse is a shared photography studio. An internal calendar is used for each tenant to book studio as needed.
Two large warehouse windows letting in beautiful natural light. One end of the space is kept clear and set up for photoshoots. The other end has desks to edit from or to set up equipment and props when shooting. The space is not completely sound proof as the walls do not go completely to the ceiling. Great for creating personal work or photographing creatives , headshots ,food photography or product. This space has classic old school artist warehouse vibes. It's NOT sleek and spotless and therefor not suitable for all big commercial clients. LEASE TERMS $250. includes bills. Bond $250. Long Term Month to Month lease. Must give 2 months notice to break lease. Price is for SHOOTS ONLY. NO STORAGE. NO PERMANENT DESKS AVAILABLE. NOT AVAILABLE FOR ONE OFF HIRES.

Accessibility:
The space is sadly not very wheelchair accessible. The roller door can be rolled up to allow for wheelchair entry, however this would require assistance from a second person. The toilet is not wheelchair accessible.
The space has a mix of natural and fluro lighting.
There is an option to drive right up to the entrance to unload and park close by.
It's generally fairly quiet in the space. Loudest noise would be photo studio chatter or pottering wheels going.
