YOUR PRIVATE ROOM: A blank, clear, uncluttered space (room) ready for creation and innovation. And just beyond your lockable door are fellow creatives - with focus, and ready to share a coffee, an idea, inspiration.
YOUR PRIVATE ROOM: Lockable, private, studio space featuring ~3.5 metre high ceilings, timber floors and recently painted white walls. The room is approximately 3.1m long by 2.2m deep. It would comfortably accommodate 1-2 pp. COSTS: Keep in mind that GST is not applicable to this rental. The rental cost includes services, and fortnightly cleaning. TECH + SERVICES: This room is air-conditioned (heating and cooling).
LOCATION:
You will find us in Rathdowne Street, just south of the Village. Nearby, there's an abundance of cafes, restaurants and bars, along with many other businesses, YMCA gym, primary school and the wonderful Carlton North people who live and work nearby.
SHARING WITH:
You will be sharing the building with an architect (business), and an artist.
GETTING TO AND FROM:
It's also easy to get here. We are one block away from the Canning St cycling superhighway. We are on the bus route (250) and are located halfway between 2 major tram routes (the Nicolson and Lygon St tram lines).

Rental provides 24/7 access to individual space, plus use of shared facilities and courtyard garden.
WHAT WE HAVE ALREADY:
We share a kitchen and garden (courtyard).
There's a bathroom upstairs (with shower and toilet), and another toilet out the back of the courtyard.
There's a table and chairs (for lunch, a coffee, a chat) in the kitchen.
There's also a small outdoor setting for warmer days, in the courtyard. Our garden is a work in progress.
We've a coffee machine, microwave, oven with crockery and cutlery.
YOU WILL NEED:
