Boutique pottery and art studio with private and shared creative spaces.
The space is an old cottage, with dark floor boards, freshly painted walls, and lots of windows for natural light. There is a recently updated bathroom and fully functional kitchen. The cottage has a small garden edged by hedges and an outdoor seating areas. This listing consists of two options. The first is casual use of the large shared studio space. This space is furnished with a large table that seats 10, plus an additional 3 on request, suitable for messy art activities (or otherwise). This space is available for $50 half day/$100 day. The second option is longer term lease of one of two private lockable studios. Both have white walls, fans, reverse cycle air conditioning. Wifi and electricity is included. Lease of the private studio spaces includes access to the large studio space to run classes/events if required. These spaces are $160/ week.
Our space is conveniently located 200m to Blackwood Street in Mitchelton, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and other services close at hand. The train station is around 300m away, and many buses stop nearby. There is plenty of off street parking available.
