New York style loft warehouse with white walls and rough timber floors, Used for gallery space, exhibitions, brainstorming sessions, rehearsals, workshops, photography, film and occasionally yoga or acting classes. Full blackout if required and projector on site Photo shoots and events under around 15 persons are $600 per 8 hour day and $400 per 4 hour half day, larger events of up to 30 persons rates are around $700 per 5 hours plus logistics.
