Private studio space behind shop on Sydney Road
Space overview
This is shared studio and retail space I've set up to make and sell bags and accessories, however the space is too big for just me. Would love to share with likeminded creatives/makers producing high quality work - especially those that would like a gallery/retail space for their work.
The space is light and bright and fronts onto Sydney Road in a fantastic spot. There is the main room where I currently work from and a more secluded rear room about 9-10 sqm perfect if you wanted something more private (or would like to make more mess). I'm intending to reduce the size of the front retail space to make room for workbenches/spaces towards the back (however quite flexible with the layout). I mostly use the space Wednesday to Saturday, and happy to share and/or have others have the space to themselves when I'm not here. Would also consider makers just wanting to have a retail shared retail space or making space.
The space is on Sydney Road in the middle of the action near A1 Bakery and Albion Street.

Basically looking for a couple of likeminded makes to share the space in a way that compliments everyone.
I have a lease until the middle of the year and hoping to extend so potentially an ongoing situation if that makes sense.
I sew bags so someone else that works with fabric could be great.
I also have a puppy Reggie that comes into work a couple of days a week.
