New reverse cycle heating/cooling, shared kitchen and bathroom + potential use of meeting space in our area if needed.
Close to Clarendon street and short walk to South Melbourne Market and Coventry street cafes like Hectors , JuJu's Deli's, and Juniper plus Bellota Wine Bar, Kirbie and South Melbourne Bakery just around corner. Trams on both Park and Clarendon streets + St Kilda light rail close by. There is plenty of 2 and 4 hr street parking close by and ticketed all day spaces.

We are a small collective of interior and graphic designers who've been in this building for over 10 years and have recently restructured the floorpan, renovated and are ready to share our new space with other like-minded creatives. Would suit other designers, architects, illustrators, writers, curators etc. We host the Tapestry Foundation Australia's Board every quarter in our meeting space and have strong links to the ATW, DIA and Boyd Foundation.
