Shopfront has two office spaces available for rent under a licence agreement. Each office space is approximately 19sqm in size and is located within Shopfront’s facility.

Shopfront is located at 86–88 Carlton Parade, Carlton NSW 2218, on the corner of Carlton Parade and High Street.
Our facility contains an 80-seat theatre (max capacity 135), a 45-seat studio space, a multi-purpose room suitable for rehearsals, showings, functions and gallery work, a meeting room, a small outdoor terrace and additional office spaces for Shopfront to co-locate with other arts and community organisations.
The area is mostly residential, with local shops, cafés and professional suites just a short walk away towards Carlton Station. We are very well connected by public transport. Carlton Train Station is only 220 metres (about 3 minutes’ walk) from the building. Kogarah Station (1.2 km) and Allawah Station (1.4 km) are also within a 15-minute walk.
