Dedicated desks in creative office

We are a small group of architects and would love to share some desks in our studio with other creatives, designers, graphic designers, writers, etc. At the moment you will be sharing with a tiny architecture practice, a draftsperson, an education consultant and an office greyhound that loves to sleep on the job. We have a cafe across the road and share a lovely outdoor courtyard with other creative businesses. This spacious office first floor includes north & south facing windows which allow great daylight and views. There is a separate meeting room, a kitchenette, toilets, A3 and A1 printers for use & WIFI included. There is a small entry area for smaller informal meetings, and bike storage. Desks are 2400mm long with a 12 cube shelving unit behind. The building is a 1950s style building with many of the original features internally. The flooring is carpet and there is heating and cooling (split system).

Our space is located in St Hellier St, Heidelberg Heights. It is walking distance from Sunnyside Cafe. Our side of the street is mainly businesses while the other side of the street is residential.
Crate Cafe & Pieman's Son are a bit further out but also walking distance. There is shared on site parking and easy street parking which is great for client meetings.
