I am looking for someone to sublet my mezzanine level (51m2) in the Starkeys brewery complex. I am a perfumer, product designer and manufacturer. I also run training sessions/workshops around perfumery. I have a small retail space at the front of the studio. Your space will be the mezzanine level. The light upstairs is just gorgeous, with heritage wooden features. Good airflow with air con if needed on hot days. I am looking for a creative/s to share the space with. The industrial kitchen downstairs is shared. Bathroom facilities are in the complex. It's a beautiful space and there's a great sense of community with the other businesses in the complex.

Once a ginger beer brewery, the Starkeys complex is a beautifully restored heritage gem. Built around a charming courtyard, this is Stanmore's best kept secret. When you walk through the red door on Bridge Road, you'll gasp. It's what made me fall in love with working here. It's a joy to bring people in and see the same feeling on their faces. This is a mezzanine level in an open studio space with lots of natural light and charm. There is a great community spirit here with good neighbours. It can sometimes get a little noisy, as the mezzanine is open to the studio but theres a great collegial creative vibe. There's a veranda and tables out the front for lunches/coffee or thinking time. Conveniently Walking distance to Stanmore Station, Parramatta road.
