Second Story Studios is a creative and conscious community hub in the heart of Collingwood, ideally located on the corner of Johnston & Hoddle Streets. Studio #5 is a private studio space in a saw-tooth style warehouse that has been converted and freshly renovated with its' own rear stair entrance.

Second Story is in the heart of Collingwood, bordering Abbotsford, on the corner of Hoddle and Johnston Streets.
It is close to all modes of public transport and very accessible.
There is an abundance of great cafes serving amazing food and coffee, as well as the Yarra river and Abbotsford convent only a short 10 minute walk away.

Access Hours

24/7 - We are a quiet working environment Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, outside of these hours there may be events/workshops happening in other spaces. Our preference is for tenants who mostly work during the week, however, we are open to the right client working weekends provided the energy works with the space.
