Space overview
Woodburn Creatives is a shared workspace for creatives and community with private studios and hire spaces for artists, designers, musicians, producers, media artists, artisans, makers and craftspeople and anything else creative from hobbyist to professional practice.
This studio caters to the creative process, without creative barriers, so that you have freedom to explore, express, produce and unleash whatever it is that you do. Suitable for all kinds of creative work such as painting, sculpture, design, media production, fashion and textiles, crafts and more. You can customise your studio to suit your needs and work whenever you want. You will also have access to valuable creative resources such as our shared workshop, photo shooting space, large shared showroom gallery areas and invitations to events to connect with other creatives. Have your own private studio or bring someone along to share.
The studio is situated in one of our inner-city industrial styled buildings in Redfern / Waterloo with concrete floors, natural light, kitchens, loading docks and on site management. The studios are a 5min walk from Redfern Station and close to many cafes, bars and Galleries The buildings house a supportive community of 50 other creatives with many opportunities to connect, share or learn new skills and collaborate on projects.
