Studio Nine is bonza, one of only two self-contained studio spaces in the heart of this old-skool NY-loft style warehouse in St Peters. Featuring 25.5sqm of lockable space that can easily accommodate 4+ people with room to spare, the studio is fitted with a built-in desk space, a high meeting table, a trestle desk, bookshelves and office chairs, with original timber floors and high ceilings – so it' ready to go. In the past, Studio Nine has been home to artists, photographers, start-ups and an entertainment booking company, but it is ready for its next incarnation... access to meeting desk, shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, printing and high-speed internet. Just moments from the station and directly opposite the leafy goodness of Sydney Park, the aerie is brimming with creative talent – from copywriters to cartoonists, videographers, photographers and designers, we are a strong and like-minded community.
