Tucked away upstairs in the gorgeous heritage-listed Carroll Building, the Studio is a bright, calm room with polished floorboards, high ceilings and generous natural light. Around 40m² and comfortably seating 10 to 16, it's set up for groups, and the room is yours to arrange to suit your session, whether that's a workshop in the round, one long shared table, or a circle of chairs for something more intimate. Spacious, private and quietly characterful: a lovely place to make, teach, celebrate or simply gather.
You're right in the heart of Fortitude Valley. Fortitude Valley train station is about a 5-minute walk down Brunswick Street, with frequent buses and the CityGlider close by, and Secure Parking at 388 Brunswick Street next door, entry via Berwick Street. plus several other car parks within a short stroll. Step outside and you're moments from California Lane and the cafes, restaurants and cocktail bars of James Street, with great coffee, galleries and the Valley's creative buzz all around you.

Hirers have 24/7 access for the duration of their booking, and the space is private and lockable. Train: Fortitude Valley station (beneath the Valley Metro complex, at the Brunswick/Wickham Street corner) is about a 5–6 minute walk (~450m) down Brunswick Street. It's on the major suburban lines through the Valley, so it's a quick run from Brisbane Central and the wider network. Bus: Frequent services stop within a few minutes' walk along Brunswick Street, Wickham Street and Ann Street, including the CityGlider and numerous TransLink routes (196, 210, 220, 227, 470 and more). The nearest stops are Brunswick Street Stop 211 and the Wickham Street stops near Brunswick.
