The studios are fully enclosed and are fully lockable with a communal kitchen, NBN, and 24 hour access. We understand how important concentration is when one is immersed in ones work so out of respect for the other occupants, the space is not suitable for high impact use ie. noisy tools and loud music. There are times when you will need to create some noise and it may be possible with prior permission.
