Why fit in when you were born to stand out? The Creative Fringe is a dynamic and inspiring shared office space for designers, developers, tech geeks, photographers, word smith copywriters, multi-media gurus, freelancers and well pretty much anyone in the creative industries to co-work.
Behind our wrought iron doors you will find a converted warehouse that is awe inspiring. The word we hear the most when people enter is WOW! Dubbed the Paddington of Penrih this is the place to be if you are a creative in Western Sydney or the Blue Mountains. We have Pantone stairs, a door roof, pressed metal kitchen walls and creative doors at every Tuen. This is one place you will never get bored of!
Situated across from Jamison Park we have free all day parking at our disposal. Grab a coffee from our near by patisserie, walk your dog during your breaks - do we mention that we are pet friendly, even hit the gym next door. We are about 1km easy walk from the train station and just off the M4 for quick access up the mountain or into the city.
