The Dugout is an affordable pop up space in a premium location! A proven, successful pop up space for 2+ years.
Beautiful warm downlighting, clean white walls (one side is exposed brick), the ceilings are over 3m high and at the rear we have floor to ceiling mirrors. The space is a cozy 45sqm, the perfect amount for an enjoyable yet intimate retail experience. We've kept the glass frontage + large street awning blank so you can get creative with your own branding/signage.
The Dugout is situated in the beautiful suburb of South Yarra, on Chapel Street amidst the surrounding busy retail and hospitality businesses. Directly outside is the tram stop, and all three large supermarket names are only a short 5 minute walk.
