Space overview
An open plan warehouse in the heart of Noosa Industrial and Makers precinct on Gateway Drive. We are a community focused business in that offer makers, creators and artists a safe and reliable space to work in, develop their careers and work in an inspiring environment.
Well lit with natural light, artificial lights are also great. Open plan spaces, flexible and offer opportunities to make the space work for you. We rent per sqm so you can choose how much space you need to suite your practice. We have gone with an industrial style interior to match the concrete walls and black trimmings outside. Upstairs is 60sqm, downstairs is 85sqm. Bathroom and kitchen located downstairs. Wooden panel feature wall installed downstairs to hide Precious plastics machines and kitchen space. Extra plug points have been installed to allow each person their own power supply. Sheer curtains to break the glare from the windows - but still allow natural light to flood the space. Plants for greenery and happiness, breaking the concrete slabs. Gallery tracks and art hanging spaces available.
We have great street visibility and signage. There are plenty local business in walking distance or a short drive: Land and Sea Brewery, Affinity coffee shop, Holsters, 9 other art galleries (Gateway to Art Collective), Thomas surfboards, pilates studios, Bunnings, Officeworks, etc.
A short drive from Noosa Civic, Noosa industrial, restaurants, Noosa river, Hastings street, Noosa Junction. An 11 minute walk to the bus stop.
