The Observer Effect - Gallery & Creative Spaces
Space overview
A new creative hub and high end art gallery situated in the much sought after Ballarat CBD aims to bring together like minded creatives by way of offering up to 9 large private studio spaces within an inviting lofty sawtooth heritage warehouse to work, exhibit and collaborate.
Quiet and tranquil spaces, suitable for anyone within the creative industry are ideal for fine artists, illustrators, photographers, architects, fashion / graphic designers and many other creative practitioners.
These private self-contained studios have excellent natural light, extremely large windows, 3m high walls with lockable doors (7m high sawtooth ceiling) and hardwood timber floors. 6 of the 9 studios come with windows not to mention the sawtooth overhead windows above that span across the entire space.
Current sizes range from 16m², 18m², 20m², 22.5m² and 29.5m²
Sizes can be tailored to suite the individual or business needs where multiple studios can be connected should you require a larger footprint as is shown in ‘Studio Image 4 & 5’.
Options are available to enclose the studio spaces to include spit systems and ceilings should it be a requirement for an additional monthly fee.
