Located in a 130-year-old independently-run arts precinct that incorporates a gallery, handmade gift shop, and teaching and events space. The Old Auction House Precinct is home to 4 studios which are available for rent by artists in any medium. Each studio has high ceilings, open work area, access to WIFI, kitchenette, toilets, and library, and is securely lockable. Artists will have access to the Studio Gallery for exhibitions. The following studio spaces are housed in the precinct: Studio 1: Leadlight By Ettore A two-generation glass art business teaching, and creating new commissions and repairs Studio 2: *enquire now* 3.5m x 6m - Accessible doorway and good visibility to the precinct. Located at the local's end of town the studios are within walking distance to the main streets of Kyneton and to a variety of cafes and shops as well under 1km walk to the train station.
