Space overview
An intriguingly crafted three-storey arts hub in the Yarra Valley, built entirely from found and recycled materials.
The Toe is a distinctive handmade building constructed entirely from found and recycled materials, where every element tells its own story. Inside, you’ll find timber panelling, exposed brickwork, and vintage details that give the studios a warm, character-filled atmosphere. Large windows bring in natural light, while eclectic architectural touches inspire creativity. Tenants also have access to a shared communal living and dining area with a kitchenette, offering space to connect and exchange ideas.
The Toe is located right in the heart of Healesville. The building is only a short walk (2–3 minutes) to the main street shops, cafés, and galleries, and just around the corner from the Healesville Hotel and the Memorial Hall. Essential amenities such as supermarkets, the post office, and public transport stops are all within easy reach. The Yarra Valley’s surrounding national parks, walking trails, and wineries are only a short drive away, making it a convenient yet inspiring place to work.
