Space overview
We are a 2500m3 warehouse with very high ceilings divided up into various sized spaces for fabrication, restoration and making.
Large open warehouse where members have divided up space with temporary walls and pallet racking.
Our space available at the end of April abuts one exterior wall and currently has two bays of long span pallet racking.
We are in an industrial area of Thomastown.

Worco members enjoy the convenience of a managed workshop space, with an all-in fee covering rent and rates, admin, power, waste disposal, compressed air, forklift access (licence required). Other benefits include connection with community-minded fellow members, each with a special set of skills and experience, while having autonomy over your own separately designated workspace. There are shared kitchen and office facilities. Worco is a registered co-operative and membership entitles everyone to a vote on how the co-operative is run. Spaces typically rage from 40-70 m2. We currently have 18 Members working in various trades ranging from cabinet makers to a blacksmith.
