Positioned on Smith St near the corner of Johnston St and close to Friends of the Earth Café with a tram stop at the front door. The Main large Studio is 11x 12m with sprung floorboards, mirrors, air-con, comfortable seating and reception area. Would comfortably fit 30 yoga matts. We Occupy the first floor with a rear entrance and parking for 1 vehicle at the rear of the building.
Conveniently located in Collingwood this creative space is currently tenanted by a dance studio, that prides itself with a positive community like energy.

Access Hours
Monday to Saturday mornings 6am – 10am / Sundays 6am – 11am
We prefer the space is hired min 4-7 mornings per week by one operator long term, min 6 months.
Price: $40 per hour with heating/cooling.
(Prices based on min 16 hour per week booking)
If less than 16 hours price will be $50 - $60 per hour.
